Slept pretty solid last night. But, have woken with some bad allergies. We’re heading out for some breakfast. I hope I can contain myself from waffles and pancakes overload.

I’m such a troll on Tumblr tonight. This whole week I’ve been really restless, even though I am super tired.
I am not sure why. Now it’s midnight and it only feels like 10pm.
I just need to go to bed and leave it at that.
I have possibly a full week next week, as I have one belated birthday planned with my close friend Nina, and we’ve got some major 6-month backlog of catching up to do. Well, haha, actually that’s all for next week. I forgot, my other dinner date got postponed until the following week.
Tonight I thought about my friend Ian, who has now been passed away for almost 9 months now. I can’t believe it’s been this long. The 24th of this month has more meaning to me this year because that marks the last time I saw him alive, exactly a year ago to that day. He still haunts my dreams and everyday I think of him, never losing sight of our friendship, his laughter and happiness that he spread.
It’s strange, as I walk the street sometimes, I tend to be looking for him without realizing it, and sometimes I do see people that resemble him and I get a moment of elation, and then realize, no, it’s not him.
Over the last few months, I’ve grown numb over it, but today, I found myself crying in the car a little, as I started thinking of losing anyone else in my life right now would be a terrifying feeling.
Ugh, I guess I just need some sleep.
Anyhow, I was able to fit in at least over 1 mile of walking today on my lunch break and afterwards, and I ate much healthier today and I do feel better, overall.
It’s a start!

This picture just reminds me so much of those carefree summer days. I actually scanned this as a negative, when my old scanner had that feature (which is now not supported by Windows Vista). So, part of the negative had gone bad, so I salvaged what I could of it and had to crop it quite a bit. Still, it’s a real cute picture of us together in a kiddie pool. My cousin and I used to call eachother Kriss-Miss.
